This is a very cool, rare & 1st year of the original series of Music Man Stingray Basses, its Natural finished Ash Body is dated December 14th,1976, has definite play time & 1 deep gauge yet has that groovy patina we all luv, it has a crazy rare & very desirable maple neck dated December 22nd,1976 instead of the normal Maple neck that most had, its black pickgard is clean, its electronics are untouched, its pot codes date to the 18th & 46th weeks of 1976, these 1st String-thru bodied Basses are insane, it is 100% original & these Stingrays are so good that most famous funk players have at least one (including Louis Johnson), it comes with its original hard case.
