This is one of the most desirable early production Stingray Basses made. This one has a low 5 digit serial #. Its Natural finished perfectly grainy 1 piece Ash body is stamp dated December, 14th, 1978 & has yellowed out & been played a bit but still retains a very cool patina ! Its maple neck is stamp dated January 26th, 1979 & has a bit of finish worn smooth on the back w/a great feel too. Its got a black pickgard w/a Black pickup cover. Its got date coded pots from the 41st week of 1978 w/its original pre-amp still in place. She’s overall a great player & in excellent + shape overall & comes in a nice non-original hard case.
