This is a very cool, rare & last year of the original series of Music Man Stingray Basses, its Natural finished Ash Body is dated March 03, 1980, has definite play time & 1 deep gauge yet has that groovy patina we all luv, it has a crazy rare & very desirable Rosewood neck dated April 30th, 1980 instead of the normal Maple neck that most had, its black pickgard is clean, its electronics are untouched, its pot codes date to the 19th week of 1979, it is the last of the String-thru bodied Basses, it is 100% original & these Stingrays are so good that most famous funk players have at least one, it comes with its original Tear Drop shaped molded hard case.
