Serial Number # G198 stripped body long ago with replaced tuners. This guitar has never been apart, and to this day, retains a perfect neck angle as well as as a perfect heel to body joint, with the original cone and perfect playability. the sound is magical. it comes with an extraordinary story of trans-Atlantic voyages. brought to France during WW II, it was eventually sold to a Parisian Music store, which imprinted its name on the headstock, which is still visible today. sold to an American who eventually returned it to the US, only to come back to Europe again. comes in a decorated non original hardshell case. very rarely does an instrument turn up with such an extraordinary past, as well as an original unmolested structural integrity, accompanied with an incredible voice.. doesn't get any better..!!!
