Good condition, 6,5/10, the body is Made in Kalamazoo, MI, USA by Gibson (J-50 style) and the neck in Chicago (Gibsons owner CMI was distributor for National/Valco from Chicago) and sold under the brand name National, has recently been refretted by AdLib in Stockholm, warm tone, spruce top and mahogany body, 2 white knobs on the side to control the built in J-160E-style pickup in the fingerboard, including modern brown hardcase, more info:
The National 1155E was a variation on the National 1155 with an early acoustic pickup built into the fretboard. These guitars were similar in shape to Gibson's Southern Jumbo line.
