Ramirez 1a This superb instrument was made in 1979. This is one of the most famed Classical instruments ever made. The guitar bears the initials CLL representing “Carmelo Llerena Martinez” a highly regarded Luthier appreciated by many Concert Guitarist. About this guitar: This is a classic example of the very best concert instruments Ramirez made in its long history. The warm and very typical character of these Guitars is the result of a combination of Ramirez techniques, choice of woods and Ramirez Long Luthiers history, so famously demonstrated by Guitarists like Bream, Segovia and others. The Ramirez family’s instruments from this period combined a scale length of 664mm and a nut width of 53mm and are made of premium selected Master-grade woods, aged Spanish Cedar for the soundboard and matured Indian Rosewood of the very best quality, quarter-sawn and straight grain. Condition: The body and Soundboard are very clean, with very few traces of wear. The fret-wear is next to nothing, but there is some superficial wear. The set up moderate with 4mm at the 12th fret. Tonal exceptional beauty combined to exceptional craftsmanship sums up this guitar quite well. The guitar comes with Original case. Consignment guitar.
