This is the top of the line Recording king RP2-626-CFE! designed by Eric Schoenberg. A beautiful guitar, amazing tone quality, with solid mahogany back and sides, solid spruce top, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and ebony pyramid bridge, 12 fret body with cutaway to access the frets high up on the fingerboard. not a lookalike but genuine high quality construction with 00 body size. Also a quality Fishman Matrix infinity with soundhole Volume and tone control is included.
Eric Schoenberg did a real good job, and it must be said, also did Recording King. This is a very nice ragtime guitar. The cutaway is not so deep that it takes away from the sound. The scale measures 645mm (25.4") the Nut width 44.5mm (1 3/4") and the string spacing is very suitable for fast fingerstyle with 60mm (2 3/8") the neck shape would be best referred to as modified V. The guitars are built with lighter bracing for more resonance. The Nitrocellulose lacquer finish is dried for 8 weeks in order to insure that the lacquer is properly bonded to the wood and the thin coat allows the guitars to sing powerfully and clearly. other features include an Ebony Fingerboard with diamond and square inlays, bone nut and saddle, Grover tuners with butterbean buttons, traditional black and white multiply rosette, old-style peghead decal, Modified Low Oval neck shape, comes with free gigbag. and included 21% BTW/VAT/MWST and TFOA's extended 5 year warranty.
