This Rick Turner Renaissance RN6 Nylon String Electric is an early example made w/super tight grain Cedar w/a groovy Herringbone border wrapped in white pearloid bindings around its top having stunning Indian Rosewood on its back & sides. Its open classical headstock is adorned w/the same pretty wood selection. It’s a lightweight stage acoustic guitar handmade in Santa Cruz, California. These guitars reproduce full frequency acoustic tone for recording and performing. The thinline body is built like a fine acoustic guitar, but with an added Cedar center block to cut feedback. A Turner Timberline piezo bridge pickup feeds full spectrum signals to an 18v D-TAR Wavelength preamp. Constructed like true acoustic instruments, with bent sides and a braced tone wood top and back, the Renaissance series truly represents the best way to achieve acoustic tone plugged in. This elegant RN6 is all original, hardly played & 1 of Ricks best performing guitars ever. It’s exceptionally clean overall & comes in its original Tan Tolex hard case.
