Rickenbacker / 4000 Bass / 1974 / Mapleglo / Bass
This is a very rare Bass from the Rick factory during the late 60’s thru the mid-70’s, its Mapleglo finish is super clean & shiney, its unbound body w/its unbound dot inlaid glued-in neck set is unlike its siblings neck-thru body design, its 1 powerful lead pickup is punchy as hell & exudes that Chris Squire tone in droves, its White pickgard is ultra mint & gives this 4000 that 60’s vibe, these are often turned into a 4001S like McCartney’s so this is a rare one as it was produced in all respects, absolutely dead original & near mint, it comes with a later Rick black hard case.
