This is a very clean & extremely good looking 1980 Rickenbacker 4001 Bass that has all the right stuff. Its Mapleglo finish is still rich in color & unfaded w/some nice flamey areas on both its body halves & its neck & headstock. Its fingerboard is grainy w/very nice mutha-o-toilet pearl inlays. Its got both its original rhythm & bridge pickups. She’s date coded “TB” which was made in February 1980. She plays & intonates well. It’s exceptionally clean. Its ready to use & comes w/its original black hard case.
