1966 Rickenbacker 4005 WB Bass - Fireglo including orig. hardshell case
Super rare 1966 Rickenbacker 4005 WB Bass in Fireglo finish with double-bound body. The bass is all original and in excellent condition for its age. The finish is nearly unfaded and still bright and shiny, only some minor play-wear, mostly on the backside of the neck, no weather-checking and no former cracks or repairs! The original frets are still in perfect shape, the laquered fretboard is in great shape as well. Very comfortable medium-sized c-shaped neck and considerably light weigt, this bass sounds great and is a joy to play. Even so the 4001 is the more common Ricky bass, you just can´t beat the weight and the sound of a 4005! Comes in its original silver tolex case w/blue interior.
