Now in Stock: Rozawood L00 custom Hide glue
Rozawood L00 TFOA custom, with one Piece Adirondack Spruce top(!) like sometimes seen on the 1930's Gibson L00, a unique feature. Like every Rozawood a magnificent sounding L00. This guitar is made by masterluthier Roman Zajicek, to my humble opinion one of the most intriguing Luthiers alive today. His resonator guitars for instant are among others played by Rob Ickes & Jerry Douglas, his guitars and resonators easily are among the best you can find in the world of high-end guitars, and i'm sure if you would have a chance to compete Rozawood against big names like Collings, Martin, Santa Cruz to name a few, many of you would walk out the door with a Rozawood. Why? simply because they have that certain extra.
Me and Roman have a long history, I always have been the one with the ideas and high demands, and Roman's creativity and master skills would make the wonder work. Over the years he changed many details on my request, from the neck construction to the Lacquer, and i think it's fair to say that we sort of together inovated Rozawood to what it is today, and that is combination of the best of 'old and new' using for instant an interpretation of the old Martin style T bar in modern shape, with two carbon fibre standing rods- but combined to a- two way trussrod that makes the neck adjustable, with old fashion dove-tail neck joint, and of course genuine old fashioned Hide Glue. This particular Rozawood L00 Model has a unique X bracing with razor thin scalloped braces, a second x is reinforcing the neck instead of a Popsicle brace. This unique bracing pattern is to my knowledge unique although closely related to what Martin, Collings & Santa Cruz do, but it allows for the top to swing just a little more. This guitar is full Hide glue construction (Authentic style)
Back to this guitar, the Rozawood interpretation of the old Gibson L00 - a guitar that would nowadays compete with the Collings C10 and the Santa Cruz H Model. An intreguing guitar with Features that include genuine Honduras mahogany back and sides, and a unique One-Piece Adirondack red spruce top, dark sunburst finish, honduras mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and ebony straight 1930s style bridge, Abalone dot inlays with tastefull, cream binding, tastefull small early 30s headstock profile with Rozawood pearl logo, small multiple soundhole inlay and purfling, 3 on-a-plate pre-war style tuners with cream buttons, Full hide Glue construction, 2 Carbon rods combined to a single two-way trussrod.
645mm(25.4") scale length, 44.5mm (1 3/4") nut width and 57.5mm(2 1/4") string spacing at the Saddle, the neck is a very soft V shape neck, also check on the insane delicate details like the almost invisible gold 14k minimalistic outline around the 12th fret dots, and don't forget to take a satisfied look at the inside back-strip that is artistically inlaid with a feather and a nice inscription.

The Fellowship Of Acoustics, Netherlands
ABOUT US
I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
