SRB-d is our answer to the resophonic or dobro-style guitar. We have used our very popular SRB size. This SRB-d is a round neck model with a spider bridge. We only use Beard handmade cones to get the best sound. We also design the exterior to blend with the sound. The tasteful herringbone rosette and binding together with the tobacco sunburst, give the guitar a cool look. The neck is mahogany with an ebony fretboard. If you are into blues, country or any other root music this is a must.All Sanden Guitars feature a zero fret for optimal balance and intonation. The machine heads are Schertler gold with ebony buttons.

The best material is needed to build an instrument that is pleasing to the ear, the eyes and the heart.
Slow growing wood that has been cut and dried properly is a basic requirement. Therefore, we personally choose and purchase the material each year from Germany, the United States, England and India.
Michael has learned this from the two masters he studied with, Bozo Padunavac in San Diego in 1982, where he learned to build steel-string guitars and mandolins, and then with Georg Bolin between 1984-1986, where he learned to build classical guitars.
In 1986 Michael received his Journeyman’s Certificate as a qualified builder and in 1996 he got his Master’s Certificate in guitar craftmanship. Sanden Guitars has been a member of the "Guild of American Luthiers" since 1983 and has participated in several conventions over the years.
Since 2010, Sanden Guitars is situated in Gothenburg Sweden.
Michael and Kari together owns and runs Sanden guitars. Right now Michael is doing all the building and Kari helps out where it is needed. Together they do their utmost to take care of you so that you are going to feel safe with your Sanden guitar.
