Serial #3826, 2008 production, Richard Hoover and his man make make no more than around 600 to 700 noble Santa Cruz guitars a year at the Santa Cruz Guitar Company, in Santa Cruz California. The OM/PW is based on pre-war specification with scalloped braces, forward shifted X, approx. 1" from the soundhole. every guitar at this fine guitar making company is fully handmade and famous players like Tony Rice, Don Edwards, Elvis Costello, Laurence Juber, for the Dutch audience Excellent guitar players like Nick Schilder (Nick & Simon) and Stevie Ann choose Santa Cruz guitars to be among their main guitars, there is a endless list of other players on the Santa Cruz website. The guitar Features Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, Ebony bridge/Fingerboard, Honduras mahogany neck, rosewood faceplate with SCGC inlay, black bindings, no peghead or fingerboard binding, SCGC tuners, gloss nitrocellulose finish,The neck is a soft V-shape with a 45mm (1 3/4") width at the nut, 645mm (25.4") scale length. With Original Case, Near mint almost new condition. A very nice and great sounding guitar, comes with Santa Cruz deluxe Ameritage case. A new OM/PW is listed at 4895€.
