1966 Silvertone 1484 "Twin Twelve" - Tube Amplifier
The Silvertone 1484 Twin Twelve ampifier came to late fame because of Jack White from the band "The White Stripes". The amp has a beautiful, warm clean tone that produces a nice gritty distortion as the volume knobs creep up. This amp is perfect for bluesy, and classic rock tones. Cosmetically and technically all original and in great condition, only the original speakers have been replaced to orig. Celestion Vintage 30s, who sound great and actually can handle the power (50 Watt) this amp produces. Two chanels who produce a nice clean sound with a super sounding reverb and a killer tremolo, when the volume gets cranked it distorts real nice and crisp. Ideal for bluesy- or classic rock sounds. Can be used as a combo, as the amp fits nice into the back of the cabinet or as a "piggy bag" setup. Including orig. footswitch for Reverb and Tremolo.
