1960 Silvertone U1 model 1415 - Maroon incl. chip-board case.
Clean and rare 1960 Silvertone U1 model 1415 in Maroon-sparkle finish with "Coke Bottle" headstock, all original and in excellent condition for its age, actually one of the best U1 models we´ve seen so far. The Silvertone is made by Danelectro and is actually the same guitar as the Danelectro U1. The guitar shows barely any visible playwear mostly on the backside of the neck, the original frets are still in perfect shape. The hollow Masonite body is eqipped with one original "lip-stick" singlecoils pickup, 1x Volume- and 1xTone control. Great action, great sound, really fun to play - great for slides! Incl. soft chip-board case.
