4. Delivery or provision
Orders are shipped via UPS or Chronopost delivered within 3 to 4 days from receipt of the perfect price equal to the consideration by the seller.
Certain products or order volumes may justify a delivery time of more than 4 days, it will be expressly stated to the consumer's attention while validating the order.
If a defective product, customers have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
