This is a very cool & all original 1988 Steinberger GM5T Newburgh USA built guitar & is a very nice example of Ned’s Version 1 design. Its red finish pops & its Trans Trem is the ultimate option at 35 years old & becoming hooter ever year. It does show a bit of signs of wear and use. However, there is nothing brutal just some play time. The neck is in excellent condition with plenty of fret-life remaining and all the electronics function as per Ned’s design. All in all, if one is looking for a Newburgh Era Steinberger GM5T, then this is a solid choice. Other than having a missing tree bar, its truly excellent overall & comes in a new gig bag.
