Steinberger / Spirit 5, XT-25 / 2010's / Black / Bass For Sale

I saw a lady walking down the aisle at the Orlando guitar show and hoped against hope that this was going to be a white XL-2 or maybe something crazy like a red one or a fretless bass. Nope- 'twas not meant to be, but I did know it was going to be clean and well-taken care of. That's been my experience with the instruments I have purchased from women- they were always babied and in very nice condition.
Maybe that's because guys like to jump off the top of P.A. systems and run into the drum kit on occasion, but this has been my experience in the past. So, it was no surprise when this nice lady pulled out this beauty and when I asked her why she was selling it, she said that the neck was too wide at the nut (1 11/16") and that she had other basses. That explanation was more than good enough for me and the deal was consummated.
What we have a beautiful example of a Spirit XT-25 in more than excellent condition with it's original gigbag. If only the word "Spirit" wasn't on the bass... well we all know what that would men to the price. This bass is a solid player that sounds great, so if you a 5-banger that's looking for a pro-level bass on a budget, we're happy to help!
