Steinberger / Xq25a V2 [3.30kg] / 1990 / Bass
Product Details
________________________________
It is a 5 -string model of the second generation (V2) that was redesigned in the Q series. The thick and square maple body of V1 has been changed to a slim and round swamp air, realizing a lightweight and hand -handed playability. The heel is also thin. These redesigns were made by the acquisition source Gibson and were manufactured at the company's Nashville factory.
The neck is a MS Blend (graphite neck) with a truss rod made by Moses Graphite. The pickup is EMG, the pickup of the instrument may have been replaced later, with EMG-35P (pre-type) on the front and EMG-35DC (dual coil) on the rear. The circuit is equipped with a 18V drive Haz Labs duart tone EQ control (treble/base 2 axis POT). Haz Labs is familiar with spectors designed by Ned Stein Burger. Both the master Vol and the PU balancer are very wide sound makeup, from gorgeous to blazing and sloppy !! (laughs). Especially when the bass was boosted, the bass was a masterpiece with a tremendous weight and thickness ♪
Although there are pickups and replacement of some parts, it has been adjusted to a good condition that can be used in the future. Includes an original hard shell case.
