R. Taylor Style 1, serial number #032, in Dead Mint condition, this is the upper leak of the R Taylor series with premium woods like Madagascar Rosewood, considered the closest thing to Brazilian rosewood, and Adirondack spruce of a very fine quality, according to the R. Taylor website, wood have often matured for decades. With a very powerful character, percussive, and defined, with crisp character and mighty headroom where lies a growl underneath asking for to be used. This Grand symphony size body, similar to Grand auditorium size, between OM and Dreadnought is made for the demanding player, that needs access to a wide array of tonal options. R. Taylor guitars are made in a very small number also at approx. 10-12 every week since they are of exceptional high built quality and fully handmade production. I find this guitar in also very suitable for drop- and open tunings, 14-fret mahogany neck, bound ebony fingerboard with abalone dot inlays, a bit wider 44.8mm (1 3/4") nut width, 650mm (25 1/2") scale length,56.6mm (2 1/4") string spacing at the saddle, ebony bound body and neck, ebony bridge, abalone rosette, Gotoh 510 tuners,Taylor ESNC systeem, with deluxe original Ameritage R. Taylor case, set up like a dream and plays like butter! This guitar is dead mint, and sells new for around 7000 Euro.
