This is a 2004 Taylor XXX-MS Grand Concert, featuring premium solid woods made to celebrate Taylor's 30th anniversary, features include Amazingly flamed Big Leaf Maple back and sides, premium Sitka Spruce soundboard, Mahogany neck with slotted headstock, top of the line engraved Waverly-Sloan tuners with Ivoroid buttons, bound Ebony fretboard with the Taylor 30th anniversary logo inlaid in pearl, abalone and gold at the 12th fret, and a nice reddish back finish and ageing top finish. This is a small guitar made for the fingersyle player, and warmth of Sitka combined to the brightness of Maple adds to the overall quality of the tone, This guitar was built for the finger style player, and the bracing is light, the short 632mm (24 7/8") scale length and comfortable 44.8mm (1 3/4") nut width combined to the comfortable 57mm (2 1/4") string-spacing and the perfect low action set-up, make it a very responsive guitar that needs light touch only to start growling. The condition is near-mint very close to mint, without any flaws. On top of all, she's a real beauty.. isn't she? Only 250 are made and this is the number #80, travels in original case.
