A very nice example of one of the fine instruments made by Vigier, we have here an Excalibur model from 2001 with a stunning maple neck. The guitar is in tidy condition given its 12 year age and is actually very clean on top, with the majority of marks being buckle rash on the back. As you would expect of Vigier, the guitar plays effortlessly and has a very nice neck indeed. Not only does it have a very comfortable, reassuringly solid feel and fluidity to it, it also has a consistently well defined flame to it as well, which compliments the Clear Black flame top very nicely. A wonderful guitar.
Also featured on the guitar are DiMarzio pickups with an Andy Timmons signature humbucker at the bridge, a Virtual Vintage single coil in the middle and an Air Norton Humbucker at the bridge.
