"Bass-2" , also called the "Caucasus" ("Kavkaz") from Rostov factory of Rostov-on-Don. Was manufactured out in 70-80 years. Is a type of "jazz bass guitar". Has a fairly ergonomic shape approximating to common standards soviet guitar-productions, quite comfortable although a little heavy. Wood various shots, as made in the soviet guitar-productions. Neck has a standard "Rostov" head with logo factory. Comfortable to the touch, has 22 frets, scale length is short, inlay - point. Splitting the Soviet standard, two retainer, standard as in the Urals. Bridge plastic, height adjustable, not attached to the body, keeps the power of string tension. Tail piece fixed hidden under a metal cover. Pickup's - two pieces. Regulated - two potentiometers, and 5 way switch 0-high-medium-low-0. Pickguard - Soviet standard plastic with sparks. Sound muffled and slightly bluff, in general, a normal guitar of its time.
