A little history of this 1952 Martin D-28 serial # 127961 of sitka spruce top and Brazilian rosewood sides and back guitar:
1. First 40 years was with original owner in Santa Barbara, CA
2. Next 20 years were spent with the previous owner living in the Hollywood, CA area.
3. Perfect environment for this guitar's life from a preservation perspective ideal humidity levels year round and temp. While not a mint condition guitar, it is a very fine example of a guitar from this period.
4. Probable neck reset was done at some point, but done extremely well.
5. The OHC is included in the with the purchase price.
6. Will not ship this instrument, but rather must arrange for local pickup with intended buyer present.
7. Must sell to buyer within the continental United States.
8. Buyer will need to review guitar thoroughly at time of local pick-up as this sale when consummated at time of review will be final; no returns/refunds will be accepted.
