Casimiro Lozano Guitar, made in 2011. Featuring Indian rosewood back and sides and spruce top, Casimiro Lozano’s patented bracing system, Cedar neck and ebony fingerboard. Lozano guitars are based on Ignacio Fleta's design, but nowaday uses his own bracing design that brought him and his guitars great fame, since Casimiro Lozano is considered one of the most sought after luthiers from Spain. Born in 1954, he started apprenticing at age 15 with Vincente Carillo, he opened his own workshop in 1992, were he works on his own, untill today. The tone of his guitars is based on Lozano’s wave bracing pattern that significantly adds richness and power to responsiveness and still very spanish feel to these refined instruments.
