For your consideration is a law Suit Era MIJ Dreadnought Guitar , a copy of a Martin D28. Well maintained by a Luthier in Hamburg. Stored properly and humidifed.
The instrument is in beautiful condition with some expected signs of use (a few dings and scuffs on the top). no cracks and sinking belly.
It is in excellent condition for a 46 year old instrument. In July 2021, It was upgraded with a complete re-fret, set up and general servicing. no divots in the fret board. The 400 euro invoice is inside the guitar case.
The playabilty is very good-easy to bar. It has low action, accurate intonation. and a 12 inch fret board radius. The bone saddle and bone nut are compensated. It stays in tune in all positions. You can remove the extra bone on the saddle if preferred. It was set up with elixir polyweb 10s because I have nerve problems in my arms. No problem to use 13s. The trust rod is fully functional.
